Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms apply when you use ImgToSheet.app (the "service"), which turns images of tables into editable spreadsheets. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. The service

ImgToSheet.app is currently free to use, without an account, up to a daily limit. We may change, limit, pause or stop the service, or any feature of it, at any time. We'll give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.

2. Check your results

Tables are read by an AI model. It is usually accurate, but it can misread, skip or merge cells, especially with blurry, angled or handwritten images. Always check the result against your original before you rely on it, particularly for financial, legal, medical or other important figures. You're responsible for how you use the output.

3. Your images and data

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

We may block access if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

5. Third-party services

The service relies on other providers, including Anthropic (AI processing), Cloudflare (network, security and analytics) and Oracle (hosting). Their outages or changes can affect the service, and we're not responsible for them.

6. Our responsibility to you

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose.

We're not responsible for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable, for business losses (such as lost profit, revenue, data or opportunity), or for losses caused by relying on output you didn't check. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and £50.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, the updated terms apply.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
