How it works

  1. Choose your statement

A PDF, a screenshot from your banking app, or a photo of a paper statement.

  2. Pick the page

Tap the page with the transactions. ImgToSheet.app opens PDFs right in your browser.

  3. Check and download

Fix any cell beside the page, then download Excel or CSV, or copy into Google Sheets.

Statements that convert well

Questions

Does ImgToSheet.app store my bank statement?

No. ImgToSheet.app never saves your statement to disk, a database or its logs. A PDF stays in your browser except the one page you pick, which is sent as an image to Anthropic's Claude API to be read; Anthropic's published policy (checked October 2026) is to delete API data within 30 days and not to train on it. See every step your file takes.

Does ImgToSheet.app work with statements from any bank?

Yes. ImgToSheet.app reads the transactions table on the page rather than a bank-specific template, so statements from any bank convert the same way.

Can ImgToSheet.app convert a statement with several pages?

ImgToSheet.app converts one page at a time: convert the first page, then the next, and paste each page's rows under the last. Each page counts as one of your 10 free conversions a day.

Does ImgToSheet.app keep numbers as numbers in Excel?

Yes. In ImgToSheet.app's Excel download, plain numbers such as 1234.5 or 1,250.00 become real numbers you can sum, and they keep the decimals and separators shown in the image. Codes with leading zeros (00123), currencies, percentages and dates stay exactly as written, as text.

Is ImgToSheet.app free?

Yes. ImgToSheet.app gives everyone 10 free conversions a day, with no account and no sign-up. The counter at the top of the page shows how many are left, and it resets at midnight UTC.
