No table to hand?

Add an image or PDF, check the table, then export to Excel, CSV or Google Sheets. No account needed. ImgToSheet.app doesn't store your file; Anthropic's Claude reads the image and deletes it within 30 days. What happens to your file

How it works

  1. Photograph the page

Tap Take photo or choose file and snap the table, straight on.

  2. Check the cells

The table appears beside your photo. Tap any cell to change it; changed cells turn teal.

  3. Download

Get Excel or CSV, or copy the table into Google Sheets.

Questions

Can ImgToSheet.app read handwriting?

Yes. ImgToSheet.app reads handwritten tables, logbooks and tally sheets. Clear, dark handwriting gives the best result, and any cell can be fixed beside your photo before you download.

What handwritten tables can I convert with ImgToSheet.app?

Use ImgToSheet.app for handwritten logbooks, stock counts, sign-in sheets, score sheets, timesheets and tally sheets, on lined or plain paper.

How do I change a cell after converting with ImgToSheet.app?

Tap the cell and type the right value. ImgToSheet.app marks every cell you change in teal, so you can see your edits at a glance before you download.

What if my photo is sideways or upside down?

ImgToSheet.app checks which way the text faces and turns sideways or upside-down photos upright before reading them. In a test on 8–9 October 2026, a sideways phone photo of a 22-row printed report was read with 0 of 242 cells wrong after turning, against 18 to 67 wrong cells when it was read sideways. See the full test results.

Is ImgToSheet.app free?

Yes. ImgToSheet.app gives everyone 10 free conversions a day, with no account and no sign-up. The counter at the top of the page shows how many are left, and it resets at midnight UTC.
